As we provide fresh and halal-certified food products, most of our items are non-returnable due to health and safety standards. However, weβre here to help if something goes wrong with your order.
π« Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns on:
- Fresh, frozen, or dry food items
- Any opened or used products
- Items not in their original sealed condition
- Products returned after 30 days of delivery
This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and halal compliance.
β Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The item was expired or spoiled upon delivery (with proof)
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
