As we provide fresh and halal-certified food products, most of our items are non-returnable due to health and safety standards. However, we’re here to help if something goes wrong with your order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Fresh, frozen, or dry food items
  • Any opened or used products
  • Items not in their original sealed condition
  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery

This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and halal compliance.


✅ Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The item was expired or spoiled upon delivery (with proof)

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

💸 Refund Process

Once we review your claim:

  • If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–5 business days after approval.

❌ Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.


📦 Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not request product returns for food items. If a return is required:

  • We’ll provide the return instructions and address.
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was our fault.
